Addition - solving problems.
Solving problems means you need solve the unknown or find the answer to problem. The four steps of Polya model is as follows:
1. Understand the problem.
- what you want to find.
- what information you have.
2. Make Plans and decision
-what should be done first.
-what formulas to use.
3.Execute the plan.
-calculate
4.Check your answer.
-to make sure your answer is correct.
Solve the following problems.
1. Dianne has three boxes labelled A, B and C. The boxes contains 15, 12 and 9 chickens respectively . Find the total number of chicken in box A, B and C.
